Had a last minute breakdown when it was 90 plus degrees, Paul came out within an hour, figured it out & had us cooling in 20 minutes. Tech came back for a service call 9 months later to make sure everything was perfect. It is. Thanks guys!

I'm out of state, but I'm looking to buy a condo in PCB, so I needed the air handling unit inspected. Knowing that the system was old, I expected to have to replace it, but once they looked at it and put it through it's paces. The only problem was dirty coils and that was it. I appreciate them not taking advantage of my situation, especially since I'm out of town. I bet you can guess who will be doing my AC if something needs to be done! That's right, Panama Cool ! Thanks guys!

The new ac units had to be serviced 2 times after installation. Heat blowing out within a few days on the upstairs unit. A week or so later, I woke up to 81 degrees, burning up in my house on both units!!! I called as I had 3 house showings. That day. They came to repair before the 3rd showing. The owner called to tell me IF that happened again that I needed to turn off the units and turn them back on. That should never happens to new units!!! I asked him why happened the first time and why would it happened again??? No response to those questions. Do not hire this company.

"The customer asked for $500 to take down this bad review. So, we installed 2 systems on your house for 10% less than our closest competitor. It should have been a RED LIGHT when you trashed your family and your realtor in front of me! As I explained to you your systems need to be serviced twice due to an underlying electrical issue with your house. I hope you disclosed this information at closing I am glad you sold your house and hope your closing went well. Will be happy to provide any and all SAME DAY warranty service to the new owners and even recommend a good electrician!"

Panama Cool replaced our upstairs and downstairs Air Handlers. The repair/replacement was recommended by our normal service provider but their price seemed steep so I received a quote from Panama Cool and another company. Even though Panama Cool was not the least expensive, they took the time to come out and check everything first, was in and out in a few hours for the install, filed the warranty and followed up a short time later. They ended recommending another brand that had the same warranty but was considerably less expensive and saved me substantial money. I highly recommend Paul and Aaron--they do great work!
