Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
Superb product and craftsmanship. We had a large project , an entire refacing of the front of the house. Included tearing down an old deck, replacing soffit, installing a combination of vertical and shake composite siding, custom mounts for outdoor garage lighting (which was unexpected, top notch and above the work we requested), removal of 2 double doors, replaced with hurricane rated windows included custom trim on the inside which looks stunning. The windows did take a long time to come in so the project did not start when we had hoped, however, once it did it was quick and painless and the crews worked hard and cleaned up afterword. Clay listened to our vision and made it a reality and we are very happy and the project come in under budget. Would definitely hire them to do another large project.

We purchased 5 windows and a sliding door and were told it was a 2-day job. We are now at 29 days and counting and have no idea how much longer we will be waiting. Finish work needs to be done and a lock they broke on the slider needs to be replaced. We have sheets over the windows because we cannot put anything back together until the inspection. Do not be fooled like we were with a 5-star rating. It has been one excuse after another why we cannot wrap this up. It has been very disappointing!

"Mrs. Engi - As it has been explained to you, we (Certified Aluminum and Windows) order the materials and install them. A piece of the cylinder for the door lock, unfortunately, broke off...We (Certified Aluminum and Windows) took immediate measures to order new As the Representative from the window/door company told you today when he called you. THEY dropped the ball with getting the part needed to be ordered and shipped!!! There have not been excuses, just explanations as THEY ARE NOT OUR EMPLOYEES. We have had 5-star ratings for years and plan to continue."

Very professional company. Clay, Josh, the office staff, and installers were great and very respectful. Returned phone calls promptly. Put furniture back and cleaned up everything when done. Love the new impact windows. Went with Clay's recommendation for frame color. Gave my house a face lift. Also had accordion shutter on slider installed. Made sure I know how everything works. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful windows and they did an amazing job from beginning to end. The windows took longer than expected to come in but Clay and Josh stayed in contact and made sure all the finishing details were done and looked great. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I try to hire locally owned companies and this one came through and met my expectations. The estimate was all inclusive and the work was done to my satisfaction. I plan on using them again for a screen enclosure. It s reassuring to be able to talk and visit with the people in your neighborhood who are working for you.

Charles and the team at Certifed did a great job on a replacement door. The price was the best bang for the buck I could find, the work, despite a hurricane and a long weekend holiday, was completed on schedule and the installers were amazing - the door looks great and they left the garage cleaner than they found it! I recommend them highly.

We had shutters installed. One keylock on a shutter was wrong, and they said they would replace it, never did. One shutter has a stripped bolt never came to look at it. Three are installed wrong, have to take the screen of the window and come into the house to lock it. Called and they had a person call me and said they would send out a person to look at the problem never came or even called. The office never answers my calls or returns them!

"These shutters were installed to code. The building inspector signed off a year ago approving the shutter installation. Another inspector for the county went out again recently per Ms. B.[Consumer name withheld at their request] request and also approved the install, I spoke with him personally. Ms. B.[Consumer name withheld at their request] shutters closed during the hurricane we just had and they close now. She wants them turned around so the locks are out and this cannot be done because of code, EGRESS, the B.[Consumer name withheld at their request] would be trapped in their home if fire or something were to occur. Sorry they do not like this but code and the homeowners safety is our responsibility. All other ratings are a 5 and we take pride in that -- Enough said!"
