Diagnosed the alleged repair. Said had to check for parts. Never got back to me. When I called them quoted very high parts cost (may be true). But after they failed to keep in touch with me, I was not willing to continue working with them. I wasted $85.

No repair all was fine. At least I have the name of someone I believe I can rely on in the future.

I asked on the phone how much it would be to come and check on my washer. I was told the price would be $95. I asked if the $95 would go towards the repair of my washer. I was told the $95 would go to the repair unless it took more hours. They were at my house for 15 minutes told me the problem and asked for $125. When I asked why the price went up I was told that he had to pay for the other guy in the van. I told him the original price he quoted me was $95 and he replied okay if I said $95 then it'll be $95. I would never ever have them come to my house again.

Steve has the worst customer skills I have ever encountered. He is rude on the phone and acts like he is doing you a favor by talking to you. I needed an appliance fixed and didn't know anyone to call and because his reviews were good, I figured I would rather have a surgeon with a bad bed side manner that was a great surgeon do surgery on me so if he could fix my appliance then I could deal with his bad people skills. He came out 4 hours after he said he would be there and when I called to see if he was still coming he said I said I told you I would be there-yes you did 4 hours ago. Ordered a part for my oven. Came back several days later with the wrong part. I paid him $95 for the service call even though my oven was not fixed. Ordered another part. Over one month later, after several phone calls to this rude man, he kept telling me the part would be in in a few days. I stopped calling him and never heard from him again.

Steve Northcutt started this repair on my stovetop on 8/19/16. It is NOW 12/1/16. This started as a moderate job of fixing the downdraft and replaced one switch for one burner. He did that within a couple of weeks but during the repair broke another switch. After ordering and coming back in another two weeks he replaced the switch but broke the entire glass top frame. He claims to have ordered it but it has been six weeks and he claims he has not received it. He has no idea of how to follow-up, request tracking number or keep me informed. right now, I feel he is another contractor that will abandon the job and he has no sense of responsibility or moral character. DEFINETLY DO NOT USE. I will begin legal options within the next week.

Came the same day as my call (Saturday). Identified problem in reasonable amount of time and corrected it.

They came quickly. Identified the problem and corrected it. All on a Saturday afternoon.

Service was terrible, did not keep appoint time, never called to say they were not coming. Very poor customer service, overpriced I would not recommend them at all.

Very prompt efficient service.

Very knowledgeable. Didn't carry parts on truck. Had to make second trip. They were 1 1/2hours late. Once they got here the service was great.

The repair person had no idea how to test the appliance to diagnose the problem. Just made an assumption. Said it needed new motor. Then said could not fix. I had to deal with the manufacturer. Why not tell me that before the $95 service fee? Turned out wrong anyway. Read the book and fixed it myself.

Install new Dishwasher into group of cabinets that included an angle. Thank goodness he was able "snake" the lines in for hookup. I could not have done this in the cramped space he was able to get into.

Steve did a fantastic job connecting a fire table and gas grill to the gas hook up. The parts that came with the appliances were incorrect so Steve took a run to the hardware shop and was able to get everything hooked up professionally and correctly. He was very patient and explained everything he was doing and his price was very fair and reasonable. His apprentice Freddie also was very helpful. They also came to do the work the very next day, I expected to wait at best a week! Great Job!!!

three service calls over 400.00 in parts and sevice still iced up!!! ruined hardwood floors. had to puchacase a new refrigerator so upset!!!!!!

He was there within an hour. Worked until the product was installed. Charged the quoted amount on the phone.

Steve came right away on a Saturday and had repair done in about a half hour.
