Andy was early and did a good job. I have old carpet with set in stains so I knew already that he would not be able to get everything. However, it came out better than I thought it would. Will be using them again.

I hadn't had the area rug cleaned in years. It needed cleaning real bad. I had Certified Floor Care by Andy clean the area rug. The carpet looks brand new. Excellent cleaning job. Andy also recommended the right type of pad for the carpet. He even went out of the way to pick the pad up for me. I highly recommend this company.

Andy was very polite and helpful and did a great job. After he left, I noticed something on the baseboards and he offered to come back to clean it but I was able to wipe it down myself.

Carpet cleaned up like new but one stain was tough, Andy happily came back to work on it. He does a great job for a great price. I highly recommend.
