If you want to purchase a pellet stove from this dealer. I would say its ok. But for any repairs or cleaning. I would pass. They charge $350 dollars and do something that i can do for my self. I had a few issues with my stove. I called them for a repair visit. They did trouble shoot the issue. They recommended i call the manufacture and get the piece i needed. Once the piece arrived i was informed that for them to install it. They would charge me a second repair visit $249 i believe. Annie at Chimney pro informed me that she would have the owner of the company call me and show me how to install the unit via phone. But that never happened. He was always in the field.

I hired this company to clean the chimney for my wood burning stove and give me a quote for installing a full liner. It was apparent that the technicians did not know what they were doing and were looking up information online. They damaged the connector and if we did not question them we would not have known. They were using a hammer to replace the bars over the baffle board/blanket. NOT how it is supposed to be done, and even I know that. Their quote for a liner was obscene (compared to 2 others) and I have ZERO faith that they actually cleaned the chimney. Terrible. I called to complain. Crickets. Also, I had lengthy conversations about our insert before they ever came here. Total ripoff. We were referred to Dr. Soot, and these people said they bought him out when he retired. Hire them at your own risk.
