The first driveway he did fell apart from spawling. So I had a deal with him to split the cost for the second driveway and it is falling apart from spawling. He blames everybody but himself. For the problems with the driveway even tried to blame me.

The team installed the driveway, no problem It cracked with the first freeze. I have been calling and emailing to get the cracked fixed under the warranty, and nothing. This has been 3 years of me trying to get the crack fixed. I have documentation that shows I was well within the 1 year warranty. There have been a few times where the owner or the team was supposed to show up and didn't. Quick to take your money and do the job. Terrible about warranty and following thru. Avoid this company or roll the dice that you won't have any issues requiring them to come back.

Poor Communication, No product guarantee I deeply regret hiring this company to redo our driveway. Our issues throughout the process were numerous: 1. The driveway was not accurately measured during the quote process, resulting in the final payment coming in higher than the estimate. 2. Communication from this company is extremely poor to non-existent. I cannot count how many times they told us they would be coming by to complete our job, but they would not show up on the promised day. I understand when things come up, but a courtesy phone call or text would have been appreciated. There is no excuse for constant no-call/no-shows. 3. Our driveway was poured recently but is already cracked. We have been attempting to get the company to correct this crack since August 31, but despite constant assurances that the issue would be fixed, we have received the runaround. I was promised they would arrive just this past Saturday to correct the crack. Once again, they were a no-call/no-show. Do not expect work from this company to be completed on time, within the budget, or for any complications or issues that arise to be resolved.

Hired Certified Concrete, and they sold me 4500PSI for my walkways and driveway. The concrete fell apart within a year. I contacted Louis the owner, who has more excuses than any man I have ever met. I asked for the receipt showing me what material was used. He refused to give this information. Said he does not have to. The test came back at 3000psi which is a very cheap concrete. We would have never noticed the psi if it was not for the concrete failing. Louis agreed that he would replace me as long as I did not file and negative review. He took forever to get to the project and instead of replacing the concrete which I did not order, I ordered 4500psi not as cheap material as they provided. This is a scam he sells higher-grade material and then uses a different mix. This is a fraud, he continues to do this If you have ever had any concrete from them you must check for PSI, you are probably part of this scam. He never came to finish the work and left a mess not only on the concrete but got concrete all over the garage and house. It now needs to be painted. Please take a few minutes and call and ask for the receipt, he will not provide it.

After interviewing 5 contractors we chose Louis Ferguson and Certified Concrete to tear out and replace our very large driveway, as well as to repair and replace the raised front porch of our 60-year-old house. Louis and his team were professional, clean and easy to work with, as I continually came up with new ideas. They not only replaced our cracked driveway but changed the look of our house with a stained concrete driveway, a beautifully stamped concrete porch and a new sidewalk. They were able to do the necessary masonry to rebuild the supporting walls of the porch and added a new retaining wall as well, allowing for an additional stamped sitting area next to the driveway. Louis has a great team of specialists that work for him. From flatwork, to stamping, staining, sealing, and masonry he has a guy to do it all, even bringing in his landscapers to finish off around the concrete and sidewalk as well as fix any damage to sprinkler lines. We couldnâ t be happier with the final product! I highly recommend Certified Concrete for any type of residential concrete jobs, both large and small.

I was pleased with the work, they did, I also hired them to do some HOA work. They repaired a concrete pillar. The only criticism I have is be sure the project quote is updated so there is no surprise billing at the end. Also if you are promised warranty work after the job is done you may not get the work done.

He is also very patient. It personally took me a couple of weeks to figure out the colors & stamp that I wanted for our driveway project. Once I made that decision, it went very quickly. They were on time and very tidy while working on our property. Their finish worker is amazing & does an outstanding job at detailing & sealing your driveway at the end of the project. Louisâ s employees are very polite and courteous. I would hire Louis & his team again for any concrete work we have in the future. It is rare to find a contractor that is hands on and does what he says. Louis is a pleasure to work with.

The team was always on time, right on budget, and the quality of work they did exceeded our expectations. It took them only a week to remove and replace an 80-foot driveway. They had trucks ready to remove all the debris and didn't block our street or disturb any neighbors. We will be hiring them again for our back patio and side path.

Now to the Fluff: I do NOT say â WOWâ very often. It is usually reserve for thing that surprised or startled me. With the work I needed done on my Concrete driveway and sidewalk I was expecting the usual contractor hassles and the standard satisfactory results at end of service. Usually has been unpleasant working with some Contractors that it makes a person postpone projects and work. Well, the work completed at my home by Louis Ferguson and his crew from Certified Concrete LLC gave me that WOW factor with everything they did. Luckily we got squeezed in before the summer ended and so happy we did. The crew was respectful of our time and property. Hired Certified Concrete for a spec warehouse repair job. Needed interior slab on grade floors demo d and poured and patio/sidewalk demo d and repoured. Had to help them through the specifics of industrial specs for the floors for what we needed but they were eager and willing to learn and did what it took to get the job done in the end. The patio/sidewalk ended up looking really nice as well.

Certified Concrete gave me the most beautiful patio ever. The workmanship was phenomenal. The employees were the hardest workers I have ever seen and are very talented. Not only that, they were kind and respectful. The owner was on site the entire time which was important. The clean/up couldn t have been better but it s the finished product that they all should be very proud of. I highly recommend Certified Concrete.
