This Technician was on time and ready to work with a pleasant attitude. I told him about the reason for my call and he stated right away that he knew what and where the problem was located. Within seconds, he fixed the problem and checked to make sure the two outlets were working. Upon his leaving, he asked if there were anything else. He is an excellent worker with a pleasant and a friendly attitude towards his work.

The electrician showed up on time, did the work in less time than estimated, and billed us for less than the estimate. The work was satisfactorily done, and I am a satisfied customer.

The company came out and preformed the job great. The electrician setup our light fixture but was not able to connect everything and test it out because there was no light bulb included in the package. The electrican told me what type of bulb I needed to get and some general information I needed. I would hire again.

They were very prompt in contacting me and following up. I was able to schedule an appointment within the desired time line and they were able to accommodate my early morning appointment request. The project was fairly small, installing a new dryer outlet, but the technician was polite and didn't make a mess. The work was completed in the amount of time and cost they estimated.

We were very pleased with the work that Rob completed. Everything that we asked for was completed very well, even though the age and configuration of our walls and wiring made the job difficult and probably frustrating at times. We really liked Rob a lot. We would absolutely recommend Certified to anyone who is looking for an electrician in the area. If we had one issue, it was that they underestimated the amount of time that would be needed to complete the project. We were originally budgeted for one day, and had to schedule a second day for a week or so later. A more accurate estimate up front would have been better.

Prompt & flexible in scheduling a service time. Technician called before arrival and was on time. It turned out the outlet was working fine. Apparently, the reset button in another room was inadvertently tripped. An expensive lesson for unneeded repair; however, the visit was helpful.

I have a house at Bethesda which is at least 50 years old and it has gable fan in the ceiling. The fan has not been working well and it finally stopped turning. So I called Certified Electrical Technologies to repair it, and they promised to have it repaired. When the service man came and looked at it , he said the fan is called a whole house fan and since it has been out of style and no one makes it any more, and the best he can do is to oil it and hope for the best. I paid him $125 since he said it is the company policy for him to come. I called the company afterwards and complained that the work was not done, and the manager promised to return the check without charging me anything. I thought it is an honest company and would like to recommend it to anyone

Communication was difficutl setting up the job. Had to haggle over price with the guy in the office. But the guy who did the work was great. New the job and did it well. Was even a nice and friendly guy to talk to.
