    Estimate said they would install 2 pumps. Only installed one and still charged the full estimate.

    Hi John, I'm sorry you feel that way. As I pointed out when we spoke, the estimate said 2 suction points, not 2 pumps. I'm sorry for the confusion. The estimate also did not include any sump work which we did perform. We were able to stick to the original quote with our final price so there wasn't any unexpected price increase. We are very happy that we got your radon down to 0.7 pCi/L. Please feel free to reach out to me if there is anything else I can do to put you at ease. Thank you!

    How professional and efficient the one who scheduled the appointment was and quick to set me up with the installation. Very nice woman. The installer himself was on time, courteous, described ALL questions and then some, and very clean and meticulous with his work. Overall I'm so pleased with this company from start to finish.
