Although we have not yet made use of their services. I found Mr. Kunkle to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered any and all questions I had regarding the septic system we were then discussing, despite the fact that I had yet to hire him. I found dealing with this company such a refreshing change from the impersonal and rude experiences I have had with so many other service companies. We will certainly be using Brent Kunkle and his company for any septic needs we may have in the future.

Quick response, gave a well detailed and accurate estimate. The repair included removal of a bowed cast-iron septic line and rewiring a faulty septic pump. For this project the work in the field was actually performed by an associated contractor, who I would rate as very good. The contractor kept me informed of their progress and took time to answer all of my questions regarding the installation of the system and repairs performed.

After inspection no repair was needed. He was on time, friendly and only charged for a quick inspection. He could have charged alot more but was an honest service provider.

Service was very good. Work was completed as stated at the time stated. Due to circumstances my charge for the service was reduced by $50 without my request. Would definitely use Certified again!
