Certified Home and Property Inspection, LLC performs third party inspections for home owners prior to listing their home for sale; for potential home buyers prior to purchasing a home; and for new home owners prior to expiration of a home warranty. We perform non-invasive, visual examinations of the accessible areas of a residential property which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by the International Standards of Practice for Performing a General Home Inspection as set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I was not present at the inspection. I contacted them with questions about the report but got no response.

Chris is as unprofessional as they come. We made an appointment over the phone and spoke multiple times to confirm the time and date. He stood me up when the day came and then pretended to be ignorant of the whole thing. He told me that unless I sent him a text message to confirm he did not remember although we spoke just a few days prior and was not told in any way that I had to be his secretary and keep reminding him of my inspection. Do not put your purchase AT RISK with someone who is unable to perform the basic tasks of his own job like follow a schedule.

"I understand your frustration in what appears to be a communication error. Most of my phone calls are done while driving so I cannot write down your info. That's why I ask clients to text me, so I have your name, email, and property address. I need this information in order to send out the email confirmation, which you never received because I do not have this information. I'd be happy to discuss this with you but you keep hanging up on me. If you still want us to perform the inspection, please let me know."

Chris was a great help. Was early for our appointment. With so little free time these days I was greatful he was early. Talked me through the entire process explained his findings as we went through the house. I will be using him again in the near future.

Chris was professional in all respects. He came in and did a thorough inspection from top to bottom of the house and provided us with a very detailed report. We will definitely work with him again.

Certified Home and Property Inspection, LLC (Chris) inspected our new home after our offer was accepted. Chris was amazing. He was on time and very professional, and knows his stuff. He noticed everything that was wrong in the house and gave us a great Inspection Report so that we could follow-up on all repairs. The inspection report was incredibly thorough, easy to follow, and had great pictures. The inspection was also very reasonably priced which we appreciated. We would recommend Chris to anyone!

Very courteous and professional. Chris was prompt and he explained the whole process clearly and to the point. While inside the house he did not wear hie shoes, even in the basement. The best part was when he was finished, he gave me a veteran's discount. That saved me $75, and saving money is always a good thing. I already have two of the three sections of the inspection in my inbox, he's pretty efficient as well. I would highly recommend his company to others. especially veterans
