"I understand your frustration in what appears to be a communication error. Most of my phone calls are done while driving so I cannot write down your info. That's why I ask clients to text me, so I have your name, email, and property address. I need this information in order to send out the email confirmation, which you never received because I do not have this information. I'd be happy to discuss this with you but you keep hanging up on me. If you still want us to perform the inspection, please let me know."
"(consumer name withheld per their request) Thank you for your kind remarks. It was a pleasure working with you. If I could be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you."
