He was extremely professional and went out of his way to come back after he and water not being turned on the first time. He was very informative and I appreciate all he did.

He helped me out, especially since I needed someone to trust as a person who was trying to buy a house in Alabama while still living in and preparing to move from California to Alabama. He inspected my 3300 square foot house on a Friday morning/afternoon and by Saturday afternoon I had photos and a full description of each discrepancy. Steve was highly professional, was on time, inspected the house very carefully and delivered an amazing report, that we were able to share with our builder. It included very detailed information as well as photos he took, even from the attic space, where he was smart enough to provide photos with lights on, and lights off, to expose a small hole in the roof. Fantastic! Worth every penny!
