Mark was great, very efficient and his diagnostic absolutely on. It was a big job and although he did not diminish the critical aspect of it, never did it feel stressful. He was a pleasure dealing with and he left no mess behind him. We were very impressed. This was my first good experience with a plumber!!

I needed a gas pipe line installed for clothes dryer after moving into a new house. I had to have the work done that week. They came out and gave me an estimate. The guy who did the estimate was very professional. The material for the gas line is very expensive and he measure how much I needed using a measuring tape. I only mention this because I had two other estimates, and when they measured they counted their steps from the connection end to the terminal end (and were off by several feet). Everything was installed in a very timely manner and I was very pleased with the work done. The next time I need any plumbing work I will just call

Michael was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He quickly assessed my sump pump problem, quoted me a price on a new pump and had it installed in less than 2 hours. My new pump is so quiet I can't even hear it running.....I'm finally able to sleep at night!

Mike (don't know the last name) did a fine job of clearing the lines, as temporary as it might be. Mike pointed out that we have mud in our lines and that is a bad thing. Certified Plumbing contacted me immediately to resolve my plumbing emergency. The technician arrived within 2 hours and repaired the problem. Good service but price was higher than I expected. I didn't like paying $19 for a PVC washer nut. Service good, price high.

Performed the work in a fast, efficient, and timely manner. 4. Fixed the problem they were aked to fix. 5. Fixed ANOTHER problem that they were asked about while on site. 6. Charged a fair and reasonable rate. 7. Were very respectful and courteous. In short - I would recommend Certified to my family and freinds without hesitation. Early next year I am going to be doing extensive remodelling and will need a lot of work done. I'm not going to do what I usually do and "get three bids" to find the best. I'm just going straight to Certified. I have no reason to call anyone else.
