Eric and his team were efficient, diligent, and easy to communicate with...very happy with the job done and fair price we received.

Contract dec 12 was to start first of year.only to take 2 wks. Suppositly finish in Feb. I point out the footprints in the pool and the damage done to my deck caused by putting some equipment on deck. He assured me he would take care of it. Waited almost 3 weeks when I asked when he was gonna power spray the deck and screens .I have tex message regarding both the power spraying and repairing deck. I'm not sure how to forward that to you. I have a pool guy that actually installed pools till he had a heart attack and had to give it up. He says the only solution is to drain the pool and acid wash it .we also had to hire him to come and vacuum the pool for 30 days,which by the way Eric failed to tell us! He literally walked away with his check and left a real mess. We paid our pool guy 1300. To come every day for 30 days.he tried to explain to me why he is sure Eric did not use enough acid wash because there is still paste in pool. He will drain the pool again in the fall and make the needed repairs but once again at a price of approx 1500. I have had our concrete deck work come and look at the damage, I haven't received a quote from him yet. Obviously it is now May 1 and haven't heard from Eric yet truth is I just want what I paid for.

He's a five out of five because. He called me back. We made arrangements for an estimate. He said he was going to be at my house at 11 yesterday. He was at my house at 11 yesterday.

Eric (DBA Superior Pools) was one of 4 Contractors who bid on replacing my double bull nose cap tiles, and (possibly) waterline tiles and plaster surface. Aside from giving me the best price, he was the only Contractor willing to limit the scope of the job per my wishes. True, as we got into the job more was obviously required, but his overall price was still better than the competition. Eric and his brother were very pleasant and professional, and completed the work to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I recommend them without hesitation.

Unfortunately, I can?t recommend Eric. I?m very disappointed with the overall experience. I hired him for a full pool remodel, and once the job was completed, he stopped responding to calls and messages regarding issues with his work?so you can essentially forget about any warranty support. Specific problems include the deck paint peeling off and a pool light installation he said he would complete but never did. During construction, I also ran into issues with the city because dirty water was discharged into the street, leaving stains and causing a serious delay to the project. He eventually installed filters and resolved it. The pool tile work was mediocre at best: tiles were not properly aligned, and the grout lines are inconsistent. The pool resurfacing itself seems to be good, but that work was subcontracted to a third party. On a more positive note, the pool pump, filter, and plumbing work appear to be done well. Overall, I?m not satisfied with the job.

Erik with Superior pools was amazing. Besides being competent and confident you never really know the measure of a person or company until something goes wrong. There is as an issue that occurred and Erik did the right thing. There isn’t a lot of that in the world anymore! Highly recommended!!

We had gotten a few estimates from others and after reviewing all the options we decided to go with him and we are so glad we did. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just a great human all around. He knew what he was doing and he was able to resurface our fiberglass pool the same day. The results were amazing..

Eric is professional who has been doing this for 30 years and it shows in his work. Eric and Drew are great people and I had pleasure of working with them. They are a little old school which I didn’t mind because they know their profession very well. Make sure you verify how you will pay . I didn’t realize they only accept checks or cash. I will definitely call on them again if I need this project in the future. They did the work in reasonable time and always showed up when they said they will. Highly recommend.

First of all, they were on time and communicated with us through out the repair. Cleaned up after themselves and keep us up to date on the progress. Beautiful work! Highly recommend using them.
