Do not contract this company. It is evident that they are in dishonest and unlawful behavior.

Following the signing of the contract with Michael Martinez and Ivan Martin Jr., they vanished with my substantial down payment, which accounted for over 15% of the total project cost. They never did anything, no draws, plans, soil test, or permits were made or pulled .Their website is now down, their phone number has been disconnected, and they don't respond to emails, text messages or anything. They have not even responded to a formal demand letter, making it evident that they are engaging in dishonest and unlawful behavior. Their actions clearly demonstrate that they are engaged in theft and deceitful practices.

This company was hard to resurface my pool. They emptied it and sandblasted it. The next day, my pool came up out of the ground because of rain. Now this company will not answer me as far as repairs nor will they give me their insurance information. Beware of this company do not deal with them. I tried to contact them several ways and to this date since April 18 no one has answered me. This company is terrible stay away from it. I am now obtaining an attorney to sue this company.

Neil and the teams at Helpflow Pools did a great job resurfacing and retiling my pool. Neil is a great communicator who always made sure I knew what was going on with the job. He also knows his stuff and is responsive to feedback. The pool looks great!

We hired Help flow pools to remodel our pool, They removed the old tile and replaced with a new modern tile, they also re-diamond Brite the pool with a nice darker blue color. The company was very attentive during the process and explained what to expect during each step. They our truly an honest company that really cares about the customer.

I have built and remodeled many pools. I can honestly say that my experience with Mike and his crew at Helpflow pools was the best I ever encountered. In an extremely difficult environment for contractors, Mike and his crew showed up when promised and did a fabulous job. I recommend Mike and Helpflow pools unequivocally and without hesitation.

The owners explained all the steps, the price was good and the workers were very skilled at their craft. I had my whole deck redone, pool resurfaced, new skimmers, pool piping etc. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Resurfaced pool in a timely fashion when supplies are in short supply

Michael Martinez with Helpflow pools assisted me in the installation of a new salt cell system to convert my chlorinated pool. Mike was top notch in answering all my needs and questions to ease the facilitation of this process. His level of professionalism, knowledge , and punctuality on this project was outstanding. I highly recommended Helpflow pools and Mike Martinez for anyone whom may have interest in converting to a saltwater pool system in the near future.
