Overall they did a great job! I did have some issues with lack of information to insurance company but Chris was kind enough to call me and explain conversation he had with insurance company. I am very pleased that the owner took time out of his day to reach out to me. Issue was resolved and I am very satisfied now. I would recommend this company. Thank you Chris and the entire team at CPR.

The insurance company recommended them and I was told I would only pay my deductible. CPR rep came to my house and said I would only pay my deductible. Somehow, when the insurance and this company disagree, they come after me for payment of monies that they apparently overcharged (per the insurance company). I am not happy with my insurance either, but really? Thanks for nothing! I would never hire this company again and I have a very large family and many friends that I will not recommend them to. Their workers removed their masks in my house with my asthmatic children around. If you are working to remove toxins in the air, you might consider what covid is.

CPR has cleaned carpets for my rental properties as well as my home. They did a great job on all our properties. Their entire team is polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company!

If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would. They're some of the nicest folks and we were blessed to have them help clean up a terrible mess left by a backup. They were prompt, hard working and extremely courteous. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to. They're absolutely wonderful people!!

CPR did a big mold remediation project and did an excellent job identifying where the problem was. Then the project was done with a lot of coordination required for several areas. I was very impressed that they were thorough. When I brought up issues to address they were very responsive. We had to leave for a few days and I would come back and check on progress during the days and was pleased at the diligence and thoroughness of the team of people. And the project coordinator Rick was very good to work with. We are so pleased to be back in our clean and freshly restored home thanks to this team.

Did a great job with the cleanup. Could do a better job with the communication of what the process is. Most companies give a brochure or pamphlet of what the job entails and services they provide.No receipt was given for completion of work, other than a PDF of the job quote that was emailed to us.

I was impressed with this company and with "Rick" the man who did my testing. He did a complete examination with all the things he had told me would be done. Won't have the results for a few days but at least I will have peace of mind knowing I will know the results very soon. They came the same day I called and were very prompt.
