Everyone I dealt with were very professional, courteous and down to earth. They kept the lines of communication open. Even had to add an xtra stop and they were very considerate. Everything was great. I am very happy I hired. And the pricing was very reasonable.

I am so happy I chose Certified for my out of state move. I had no complaints, the movers were on time, professional and expert in their care of my belongings. Office staff was extremely kind and down to earth. Everything did not feel like a sales pitch, but rather as if they genuinely wanted to help out. Cost was fair and within range of their competitors. Guys are NJ locals, and the owner James is prior service Marine. Enough said there, you know how them guys run their logistics. Thanks CRS!

Contrary to our agreement of $2,800 the pro demanded $3,400 at the end of the job. Would not leave our premises till a negotiated amount of $3,100 was settled at. Pretty much blackmail. His workers also placed the 150 boxes/cartons anywhere in the house, despite each box being labelled as to where they should go

Anita, We apologize for your less than average experience using our company. I understand your frustration with the boxes not being placed in their proper location. All crew members are instructed to do just this and should've been more attentive. We will absolutely address this issue accordingly and appreciate the feedback. In regards to the increase in price, from what i can see on my end is that the original agreement was to move all items in a single day. It appears the project was then broken into 2 separate parts at your request due to a religious holiday your family was attending the evening of the first move. While i can appreciate your opinion and statements above, I ask you please understand that there are additional associated charges with utilizing our truck and equipment for 2 days rather than 1, and apologize if there was any disconnect in communication. Furthermore, I wish you and your family a very happy and healthy New Year in your new home. Sincerely, James
