I called Sunday around 11:00 am, fearing water was in the attic from recent hail storm. He arrived before 2:00 pm Sunday. Although Mr. Creswell did not find water damage, he did a thorough job of checking. Explained what he was doing while working. Very pleasant individual.

Johns explnation during the in house extimation was very specific and informative. It seemed as if he might be cleaning his own homes floor because of his attention to detail. The work was excellent. He was able to romove most of the wine stains on natural stone surfaces that two other cleaners had said was almost impossible. The compressor in his specially equiped truck was a bit loud, but this was nothing in compairason to having sparkings clean floors and countertops. Thanks John.
