They did a great job and prevented mold from developing in my home after extensive damage from Hurricane Michael.

When I finally realized I could not clean up the mess that Hurricane Michael left my house in I contacted HomeAdvisor and was put in contact with CRS. It was a Sunday morning and they had a crew in my house by 9:00am. These young people were very kind and compassionate, which counted for a lot at the time. They also got more done in 6 hours than I was able to do in six days. So far I am very happy with them. The have hooked me up with a roofer who is about to get started. After that we'll see how it goes. So far, VERY happy with all aspects of CRS.

Came out same day to inspect issue. Had already placed temp clamp on leaking pipe. Set appointment to fix issue and told me to call him over weekend if temp failed. Came back on Monday and worked at it until it was fixed permanently. Not many plumbers still willing to climb into a hole and sweat their ... off for more than an hour to fix broken water line in yard.

OVERPRICED. Charged $255 to replace an outside faucet, taking less than thirty minutes - $75 just to come out, $30 for the parts, and $150 per hour labor. Highway robbery.

There on time, performed necessary repairs in two hours and left. So far everything OK. Very polite!

Got a quote of $175 for a clogged toilet by text. Showed up the next day on time and got straight to work. Was at my house less than 23 minutes, 15 of which was to get their equipment working. Took less than 5 minutes to unclog the toliet BUT still required the $175. Will not hire again.

They were very professional and through. All of our issues were resolved quickly and completely. We are very satisfied and will be using them again in the future.

He was there when he said he would be. He did a great job. He was willing to crawl through mud under my house and get covered from head to toe to get the job done. I have no problem with the quality of work. My issue is that I have been out of work for 4 months and very close to broke, and the cost of the service call was almost twice of what I expected. I would advise anyone to make sure they get the cost before they actually have the work done.

they did a very good job they was running a bit late and called to let me know they would arrive shortly when they got here looked at the job and advise they could repair the problem rather than replace which saved some extra money I am very satisfied. Also got quotes on a couple of other projects to be done at a later date. would highly recommend to others.
