Red Fox Roofing recently renovated the ceiling in our dining room. The project involved removing a large ridge skylight, enclosing the roof, and installing smaller skylights per engineering specs. We chose this company because they are certified to install GAF roof shingles and systems - we were not prepared for the level of service and attention we would receive throughout the project. Our experince with Red Fox was superior in every way. We appreciated that Mr. Alley and his staff didn’t try to talk us out of our vision for the renovation like other roofers did. During the project, we received daily text updates from our project manager, Jose, to let us know where the crew was in each phase and what to expect the following day. There were times when Jose went above and beyond expectations (like making a special trip out to make sure the tarp on the roof was secure before a rainstorm) and anticipating questions and needs before they came up. Their drywall team also exceeded expectations and helped to minimize the messiness of that phase. When construction adjustments were needed, everyone worked closely with inspectors and subcontractors to avoid major delays. And it was especially nice interacting with Tara in their home office to get proposals and payments processed. Everyone we dealt with was professional and eager to help. Such a rare thing when working with contractors. No one can compete with this company's excellent communications, customer service, and attention to detail. They made this renovation project as painless as possible, and we love the results! We are grateful we chose Red Fox!
