I originally gave Certified Roofing a 5/5 review. But here's an update: We had a skylight leak. Dion was great initially in coming out to look at the problem and fixing it. He seemed very honest and was responsive. He was very confident that he's found the solution and offered a great price and warranty. However, a year after his work, the skylight began leaking again. I tried calling, emailing, texting to get him to come and look at the situation. No response. I am willing to pay for more work done, but zero response. It was very disappointing. So please be warned that follow up work on any warranty may be non-existent.

Dion made an appointment with me very quickly and helped me out with a semi-emergency job. The job was started late in the day so he had to come back, which he did within a reasonable amount of time. The quality of work was very good and his price was very fair. He is a very nice guy and I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for any kind of roof repair work."
