Austin installed a lawn irrigation filter system for me. Scheduling was easy with rapid feedback on costs and available dates. It was great to work with a company that responded to questions. Austin arrived on time and expertly installed the filter system. He was very personable, obviously well experienced in working with the water system, and carefully worked around plants and landscaping. When finished, the area looked as good as before. He carefully demonstrated how the system worked and how it should be maintained. He also conducted a check of all the sprinklers to ensure everything was working properly. Awesome work; very happy with the install and Austin.

Austin came out today to check out my complete system and made a few adjustments. He also showed me hot to set my controller that I had messed up the settings. Will definitely use him again Definitely deserves a 5 star rating as that is the highest rating. Austin was very professional and explained everything to me about the system. Thanks again Austin

This was our second time using Artisan Outdoor Living and we couldn’t be more happy. Diego and Stan did a terrific job on the design giving us a spa like feeling while coordinated everything with our indoor space. Artisan pull the entire project together that had many different elements including; a pool, hot tub, shower, sauna, kitchen, fireplace, pet turf, daybed area and a dining place. We didn’t want the traditional pool area but rather a tranquil relaxing space that could be enjoyed inside or outside. Artisan 100% nailed it. Lastly, it should be noted the entire team that worked on the project was very knowledgeable and friendly. If we ever move again and we need some outdoor work, Artisan will be our first call

Austin White was wonderful. He diagnosed the original issue and problem-solved the situation, finding a great solution. He additionally installed a smart controller and irrigation water filter with master shut-off. His work was excellent. He gave us a tutorial on the smart controller and how to operate it off our iphones. Very patient with us. His work at the valve box was profession and timely. He explained what he was doing and returned the landscape to its original look. I highly recommend you choose Austin for any irrigation issues. He's a winner!

I couldn't be happier. From beginning to end. Austin installed an irrigation water filter and did a great job. Austin called to schedule the installation which was followed up by an email conformation. Prior to installation (a couple of days) i received another phone call and another email conformation. He arrived ontime (actually early). He explained everything he was going to do. After the installation was completed he checked all of my sprinklers to make sure their were no issues and then showed me how to clean and/or replace the filter if needed.

Kudos to Artisan Outdoor Living near The Villages! Their team recently completed 2 landscaping projects for me. As part of the landscaping, Austin, their irrigation specialist, came out to make sure the irrigation was set up properly to assure the new plants were adequately watered. He came the day the install was completed, checked my entire irrigation system, readjusted any heads that needed it, replaced anything that was not working, and adjusted the watering so new plants would temporarily receive additional water. About 2 weeks afterward, when the new plants had had a chance to get established, Austin returned and checked on how the plants were faring in the intense heat, and after double checking every zone making sure each head was still functioning properly, reset the irrigation to its regular schedule. Austin was very knowledgeable, thorough, & answered all my questions. So now I can just enjoy my new yard! Thank you Artisan Outdoor Living !

I hired the irrigation segment of the business. I upgraded the system with a smart controller that I can use from my phone. Wow, I feel like I can easily control the system by a tap of my finger inside the house. 😀 I also hired the landscaping unit of the business. Their work was exceptional. The company is very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the job. Kudos to Michael and Brendan who also provided wonderful suggestions as the job progressed. I truly appreciated their input and extra care while working in the yard. I would definitely hire them again.

In Spring 2024, Artisan Outdoor Living completed a comprehensive landscape project for me. Now almost one year later, the plants are flourishing. I am grateful for the design and the excellent quality of the plantings which are cold and drought-tolerant. The entire team was professional and adept at their roles. I want to give kudos to all of them but also to mention by name, Austin White. Austin is the irrigation specialist that has overseen the irrigation needs of our gardens. After discussing the project in detail with Austin, I also decided to utilize drip irrigation and the filtration system so that each plant would receive adequate hydration but also save on the longterm expense of irrigation and also so that the sprinklers would avoid getting clogged with debris. Thank you Artisan Outdoor Living and especially Austin for your patience, expertise, and attention to the needs of our project. Our landscaping is the most lush and beautiful in the area.

Artisan Outdoor Living is an excellent business with excellent employees. Upon calling Artisan to set-up an appointment for repairing my irrigation system, I received an immediate response from Austin White to schedule a time for his services. Upon arrival Austin did a complete evaluation of my irrigation system and worked with me to accomplish the most efficient irrigation system for my plants and yard. I could pick and choose what enhancements I would like performed on the same day of the evaluation. In addition, Austin sent me an email which I can use to determine what work I may want in the future. Austin was professional, competent, and friendly, I highly recommend his services and I'm sure I will be doing business with Artisan Outdoor Living in the future.

Good morning Austin had set up the appointment and then validated our appointment he was on time very professional did a complete diagnostic of the system and explained everything needed to be done, and he completed the work and then walked me though everything he did and ran the system to ensure it was installed properly help me set the system up and showed me how to use it.
