I would advise and recommend that nobody do business with these people! They did not complete the work that they were hired to do! Very poor communication and not credible people. Since they are unwilling to complete the work voluntary I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action. There are plenty of other reputable tree services in the Lansing area and I would recommend that you use anybody but this company.

Mike & his partner did an excellent job. It was a very large tree. It took 2 days. They stayed on the job. They worked very hard in very hot and humid days and they cleaned up their mess. I would like to mention too that they are very polite.

Great service, just don pay till job is completely done. Was verbally discussed he would come back and cut stump closer to ground but never came back.

"David, stumps were not in original bid. You also did not pay for stump grinding. You asked if we removed stumps after original job was completed. We told you we could remove stumps for a very low price next time we were in the area. We also contacted you and said stump grinding would be a couple weeks out and offered to come by and cut the stumps lower to the ground for FREE. They were very careful of property and fence as they worked. They got started and stayed with it until it was done. They got it down and cleaned everything up. It was very fascinating to watch. There was a time misunderstanding but that was solved ok and everything else was GREAT. They are very good and would use them again for sure

He was unprofessional, do not hire him per hour. At $175 an hour and $10,000 later, my job is still not complete. And if you do hire him, get everything in writing. I should have someone else.

Did work quickly and was positive. Only hang up is lead up communication could have been better. I understand schedules can be held up but just a quick heads up call or text would have been amazing and pushed my review to 5 stars. On site the communication is wonderful though.
