Moses responded quickly to the request, provided a quote and set an appointment quickly. He cleaned all windows inside and outside thoroughly despite cold temperatures! He was polite and thoughtful about wearing show covers and a mask due to covid. I would hire him in the future.

I take pride in my work and everyone of my new and repeat customers attest to this. My work is impeccable! I have been at my trade for 35 yrs. now. I went to your house today and removed all the paint overspray from the last time your house was painted...this cleared up your exterior windows considerably. What you saw as dirty, sloppy or spotty was the paint overspray. This type of work goes above and beyond a routine cleaning. Quick to provide estimate and actual window cleaning service was great. However, miscommunication between estimates, service to be completed, and scheduling led to higher than anticipated price and partially completed job. Originally the estimate was for interior and exterior cleaning. It was not communicated prior to his arrival only exterior would be completed. He blamed use of two different apps and his original estimate was *too low* for the job. No one wants a job they are paying for to be *squeezed* into someones schedule.
