I called Certified in Asphalt, LLC, to do a paver walkway extension for me, the person I deal with refers to himself as Jason Scarbary, he is not Jason Scarbary, the owner for the name is his stepfather, I know this because I sent letters to several people including Jason Scarbary, thinking is the person I was working with, he called me and said the person I was working with is not Jason that he was Jason Scarbary and that he is his stepfather, according to the conversation with Jason Scarbary age 55, his stepson goes by the name Curtis Bradley C. Gregory, he is using his stepfathers name illegal, he have not permission from him to use his name in any legal or business document, I have attempted provably over 75 attempts to contact Jason, Curtis or Mister C Gregory, Mister Bradly C. Gregory. all names used by this Person, by text mail, phone, letters, I advised him that I would be filing a complaint in the agriculture and consumer services and he gives me no other opportunity for all legal actions are available for me, he just do not care, I would be very surprised if I am able to contact him. In August 22/2022, ownership of Certified in Asphalt, LLC. was transferred from Tracy Scarbary to Bradley C. Gregory. Tracy Scarbary is this Guys Mother.

He was great

Jason and his employees did an awesome job and were very professional. They installed a new patio and sod in my backyard. It looks absolutely amazing! The before and after pictures tell the story. Everyone is amazed at the transformation. This is now my place of zen and relaxation. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in the services he provides. The pandemic did delay the project, but it was well worth the wait.

The team did a great job!

They worked hard and produced a good product. A paver walkway and patio. When the job was originally discussed we mentioned that the ground wasn't level and needed to be addressed. We were told no problem and got an estimate. Later when work was to commence we were told that the change in elevation needed to be taken care of and would involve additional expense. Other contractors we got estimates from were clear from the start that the elevation changes needed to be addressed and it was in their estimates. Still having dealt with CIA I am happy with the end result. Consider them trustworthy and would hire them again. Just be very clear about what you expect and what you will get.

Pleasant, respectful men who work hard and efficiently. Jason correctly diagnosed and then fixed a significant problem that we'd been having for several years saving us a lot of money had it not finally been correctly addressed and resolved by Jason. They also performed a careful clean-up after the work that very much impressed us. We highly recommend Jason and his business.

Quick work, fair price, looks fantastic.

Communication is difficult. Needs to set up a voicemail and email system.

Tracy was very good and here on time. The work looked as good as it possibly could. They were the best price in town as well. It was not easy work behind the house but it turned out very nice. They will be the one to do something next time I need work done. I always recommend them out to neighbors and friends!
