Work quality unknown at this point as it was roof work and it's too early to know. He did charge $25 over the bid amount to cover his Home Advisor fee. I paid, and was ok with it, but he did not make me aware of that when he bid - just be aware when requesting bids.

"Sorry for the misunderstanding. I had just added this into the invoice app and did not realize it was not on the first quote you received. If you would like I can send you a check for the $25 or I will discount your next bill if you choose to call us in the future! We are still a young but thriving handyman service, this is our first complaint and is on the paperwork side not the physical work! It is hard to make a living when you are being charged $200/week for customers calling to get only an estimate or a question answered. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding Ed !
