Cesped Artificial Turf

Worst experience with a contractor ever! Labor issues from the start due to Flavio (owner) allegedly not paying his workers which caused so many delays. He never once came to the work site to see issues. He had several personal issues that came up and I allowed for those issues time-wise, hoping to get a quality product. That did not happen although it took almost a mont on a small lawn project. I wanted a quality job but got unbelievably shotty work! Poor seaming, crooked borders, miss cuts, trash everywhere they didnâ t pick up, wavy turf, etc. Workers did not have proper equipment available such as a compactor to do the job right. Very poor quality work. Flavio had no problems collecting the final payment even before his workers were finished. I paid him to get him off my property as I was so frustrated with the workmanship. It will take me about a month working weekends to fix the mess they left behind but Iâ m willing to do that to get a quality turf installation. I am not a bitter customer and always try to be fair but this pushed my patience to the limit. I canâ t recommend this company for any turf installation based solely on my experience and what I see when I walk my lawn.

A swarm of bees? Locusts? NO - a swarm of hard-working, knowledgeable professionals descended on our back yard, and less than two days later, the results are astonishing! Luis worked with us to plan the layout, and we were really impressed with their extensive variety and choice of grass types and colors... and their competitive pricing.

I worked with Cesped Turf & Flavio and he was a total professional. He understood the project, his crew showed up on time, they didnâ t damage anything while they removed the grass and installed the turf, and the finished product looks incredible. I would highly recommend Cesped Turf. They installed turf in my courtyard, around my pool, and in my backyard. I thought it was a pretty sizeable project and I was planning for a 3 day job. I was surprised when they completed the job in 2 days. They clearly underpromised and over-delivered. This was a great team that did great work and I would recommend them to anyone. I canâ t say enough good things about this team! Flavio was extremely responsive. He sent me the quote 2 hours after the visit (others took 3-7 days to send over) and addressed all my questions quickly and nicely because he understood all my concerns. Luis and his team also did an excellent job on the installation.

From the beginning the communication with the company was very good, the team worked very hard day and night to finish the work in the time we required it, they were very kind and responsible, the result is what we expected of high quality.

After many companies turned me away because of how small my lawn was. Flavio took us and made it work and did an amazing upgrade to my backyard along with some gravel design.

The way these guys work is very professional, I asked for two estimates from two other companies and they gave me very high prices and they could not answer my questions about the installation work. Instead, Cespedâ s owner resolved all my doubts, he gave me the best price for the best quality, his team brought me samples of the different types of artificial grass they have and I was able to choose the one that best suited my needs, the quality is excellent.

Communication was good before installation date. The date had to be re-scheduled due to bad weather, and the team worked on a Sunday to get the job done. The work was fully completed in three days. There was a problem with the measurements which was our fault, and the company were able to work around this to a satisfactory finish. I am very happy with my new artificial grass, and wish Iâ d got it done years ago. The quality is amazing and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I think they did a great job! Cesped worked quickly and did a quality install. Had many choices of turf and were diligent in their measurements. We settled on a project and price and they stayed within a few days. Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up. Did cover up some sprinkler heads but corrected it same day. Overall good experience.

We engaged CespedTurf to carry out a complete transformation of our garden following a recommendation. Flavio and the team initially consulted with us to establish our needs, following which they came up with a design which took into account everything we wanted, and blew us away! Work started a few weeks afterwards and each day we were excited to see the progress which had been made, and we were kept updated every step of the way, no matter how small the detail. Flavio were always open to our comments. They are all great communicators and we really enjoyed having them do the job for us as they take great pride in their work.
