John showed up on time and solved the problem. Went above and beyond to fix the clog, pulled the pool cover to assure all was working and gave us tips to prevent the problem from happening again. Woth the call, gets it done!

After sending him pictures of our problem he immediately responded and went out to buy a new faucet and replace it with no problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the work. I called cesspool Kings 24 hours emergency service number one day when my cesspool was clogged and water was backing up in my basement. I had no idea what was going on. I spoke to the owner of the company John. he was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He was at my house within a very reasonable time. After assessing the issue and going over the options with me. Himself andhis team were able to completely fix the issue and get my home back up and running like it was for years prior.
