Terrible job. promised the warranty paperwork on the Flex decking. Never provided it after numerous calls and attempts. Decking has turned out to be an inferior product - probably factory rejects. NEVER USE HIM.

Constructing KC did a great job with our deck. They answered any questions as they came up and got the project done easily and efficiently. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because someone was drinking a beer while on the job. Everything else was great, but I don't think that's the best look.

Itâ s been over 5 months and they have yet to supply me with the warranty they promised I have emailed and texted them several times and the owner always says he will get it to me but never has.

I could not be any more satisfied with the entire process and work performed by Scott and his crew at Constructing KC on a cedar deck tear down and new build of a composite deck and stairs. I obtained multiple bids and checked references on all bidders, viewing several recent deck builds each contractor had completed. It was a very easy decision selecting them for this project. Constructing KC exceeded my expectations in every phase. Honest, reliable, genuine, fair priced and high quality workmanship. I highly recommend Constructing KC!

Scott came in a timely fashion and submitted a very reasonable bid. He briefly told me about Constructing KC. He arranged a date to start and finished the job. I believe the work he and his crew was excellent. I am pleased with the finished project. The cost for the project was significantly lower than the other two pros who made bids.

Scott was exceptionally prompt and responsive. Workmanship was clean and precise.

This company was a joy to work with from start to finish. The two story decks, pergola, lights, screen room and stairways are gorgeous. Better than we could have ever imagined. Great crew, great work. They were here for several weeks and always lovely to have around. Meticulous maintenance on the worksite. Careful with site safety. A wonderful experience and outcome. If youâ re looking to build or replace a deck, hire this company. Would give them six stars if I could- additional stars for communication, reliability, flexibility, and kindness. Everything they said theyâ d do, they did. Highly recommend them without hesitation.
