The best roofer ever, working for me for 5 years already.

Great on time to do the job within a week. finished in about 15 minutes and charged $400 results looked gross but did not leak and never came back to finish the job for a second sealant coat. i suppose the price would have been ok if he finished the job.

Very professional and accommodating in attending to the repair project quickly. I would recommend Mr. Gonzalez to others.

I would rate Chad 10 on a scale 1 to 5. He was on time, explained the issue with my roof and repaired it quickly with a reasonable price. Best value for the money and the service. Go Job Chad, I would hire you again in a heartbeat.

Chad returned my call rand went to the building to look at the issue right away. He was professional and thoughtful in dealing with an upset tenant. And he and his crew completed the needed repairs timely and thoroughly. Iâ m grateful for the contact.

I reviewed a call from Chad shortly after requesting help via HomeAdvisor. He happen to be in the area and swung by. This was a Friday. When Chad and his team showed up they were friendly and professional. He stated he didn't have the part after going up on the roof. He stated he would pick the part up and come back on Monday. Chad and his team arrived on Monday as stated. After completing the work he texted me a picture of the completed work and left the old part he replaced. I was extremely happy with Chad and his team and have added his name to my phone book for any roof work I have in the future. Thanks Chad!

Hello. I interviewed 7 roofing companies of all the ones I talked too. Chad was above the rest. Not only is he easy on the eyes :) he was so personable and knowledgeable for my new roofing project. He had a great crew that all worked together so smooth. The got my roof done in one day and I absolutely love it. Chad also intalled some fans for attic ventilation. They work great ! It made a big difference in the upstairs heat factor. I am so happy. Chad follows through and is an expert at every aspect of this business! He Won My husband over at first interview with his sincerity and charisma. Best roofer out there in my opinion. Chad called immediately after we requested someone to check out our problem. He and his crew did a great job for repairing our flat roof; they showed up early and left late each day they were here. They were also spot on regarding their quoted time to completion (it was a very large project) and I would recommend him for anybody's roofing needs.

Chad was very straight forward with the process, cost, and time table. He provided pictures of the job as was being completed and did an excellent job cleaning up the area. It looked better than it did before he did the work!

They were very punctual and performed the repairs on the day and at the time they stated. Work area was always kept clean and orderly.

Chad responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He gave us two options for our repair explaining the pros and cons of each. He showed when he said, did what he said he was going to do, and at the price quoted. He guarantees his work. We were very pleased and definitely recommend him. Would use him again for other roofing needs should the need arise.

Chad called within 2 hrs to discuss the job. He arrived on time for the estimate and quickly identified the problem. He took photos of the issue and shared them with us so we understood clearly what he was saying. The issue turned out to be minor, but we hired him and he fixed it that very day at a very affordable cost. We highly recommend him. Great job,!

Chad called within minutes after I had gone to home advisor looking for recommendations on a roofing job. Chad came out to give us a quote. He was honest and upfront. He went into the attic (you have to be part monkey to get up there 😂) to see what kind of damage there was if any from the roof leaking around the chimney. He took pictures while in the attic and on the roof to show us what was going on and what needed to be done. After receiving a few other quotes and lies from other companies we called Chad to secure him for the job. We agreed on a price and 2 days later he was at the home and completed the job in the time he said he would. He is very professional, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. He also took pictures to show us his work that was completed. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for a job well done.

Chad returned calls promptly. He came in the rain to assess my roof, explained all that needed fixing, and showed me pictures he had taken to help with the explanation. His price was the better of the two estimates I got. He arrived promptly on the work day with his team. They were all great workers and there were no issues of concern. They did a nice clean-up after the work was completed.
