Chad was a perfect hire! He was able to get my inspection done on short notice and on a holiday weekend which was an absolute must due to the crazy real estate market. Rather than send you some confusing pdf, Chad uses a software that makes the entire home inspection so easy to understand and follow. He walked us through the whole thing and made sure we understood everything listed. It's important to get a great home inspection when investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in a house and you can definitely trust this company. It also helps that Chad is easy on the eyes to say the least!
