I spoke with the woman in the office on a Tuesday and set up an appointment for Thursday AM, at 10:30 I had not heard from them so I called them. A phone call on there part would have been nice to let me know there was a change, Long story short finally got pump replaced on Friday. $200.00 for hour and a half and I had purchased pump and cord. Working well now.

The owner came out personally to look at my well. He quoted me a price, which my wife and I thought was both reasonable and fair. He had his crew out to our house within an hour and had our well fixed in a short time. The owner and crew did some other things not originally found, however he stuck to the estimate and didn't charge us a penny more.

Our house lost all water pressure. Chad's team arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue as a failed Well Pump (checked electric relays, power others first). and the replaced the pump. Very well done, good explanations all round.

I ended up not needing the work done, based on their advice, which was very refreshing to have a company talk me out of what was sure to be an expensive project.

Tracy, the lady who takes the phone calls was friendly and helpful. When they got behind schedule, she kept in touch throughout the day, which was very helpful! Dan did the actual repair and he was super nice and very knowledgeable about wells, pumps and repairs. I will keep this company as a contact for future needs and referrals.
