In full transparency, the company does great work. So much so that as a first time customer I kept paying my monthly invoices through the winter even though no work was being completed. I brought this to the attention of the owner weeks ago and showed screenshots of where my checks had been cashed. It's almost April and now my yard was in desperate need of maintenance. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, he blamed me for still paying (I can't make this up) and stated that I did have work done. Luckily I have cameras and when mentioned that I can verify his account wasn't true, I started to get excuse after excuse but no resolution.I did attempt to give him another chance after being told that someone would be out in a week; no one has yet to show up. I tried to support a small business but companies likeI make it really hard with a lack of professionalism and accountability.

We felt comfortable with Mr Milner immediately. He was replacing a previous provider that was failing miserably. I m so thrilled we found this company and will recommend them without reserve.
