Chad and his team did great work on my extensive renovation, from design and drawings through to completion within the planned schedule. My project included all new windows and siding, building an all new bay window, addition of a master bathroom and balcony, partial renovation of a second bath, refinishing outdoor deck and replacing all railings, adding HVAC, insulation, concrete poured in crawl space. His experience is an huge before that resulted in wise guidance on layout and materials as we made many decisions. All the subs were well managed and the timing went remarkably smoothly. We hired Chad to replace the shower in one bathroom and remove the bathtub in another, replacing it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Since Chad is both a licensed plumber and contractor, the entire project was handled seamlessly from start to finish. I selected all of the materials, and Chad picked everything up for us, making the process easy and stress-free. His crew was outstanding?they worked with great attention to detail and their craftsmanship was excellent. During the project, I made several changes, including switching the faucet style and deciding to install a shower niche instead of corner shelves. Chad was incredibly patient and accommodating, making sure everything turned out exactly the way I wanted. I had Chad come out to price a remodel project and from start to finish he did what he said he was going to do. No hidden costs, no surprises. He has integrity and is a true craftsman. If you're looking for a Contractor that you can trust to do what he says and says what's he'll do than this is your guy. It's hard to find someone you can trust especially with your home but I can tell you first hand Chad is someone you can trust! Good luck but I'd hire him for anything he says he can do.

Reliable contractors are super difficult to find. Finding Chad was like finding a gem, I will use him for all of my work going forward, he’s easy to work with honest and meets his timelines. I can’t say enough good things. I already have him putting together quotes for more projects. I run my own business. We have many locations and he is far away the best contractor I’ve worked with.. Highly recommended.

We've really enjoyed working with Chad. He's very committed to the details but manages to take the worry off of us. For example, we had a rusty heater. He said he'd take care of it. I expected a little paint; he replaced it. He had the electrician replace the outlets and he put new face plates on so everything looks fresh and new. We hadn't discussed that. New medicine cabinets - "Just pick out what you want and I'll make it work." He did. And he's budget friendly! He also made a suggestion to refinish our existing tub at huge savings. We were so pleased that we've asked him to come back for several other projects in our home and also know that we can trust him or his helpers if we're not able to be there.

Chad is very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. He does really good work.

He's very qualified for many different jobs. He's very quick to respond. He's always a gentlemen and class act. I've never heard anybody complain about his work.
