Chad was knowledgeable, dependable and he listens to the customer. As members of a condominium board, we used his services for a condominium complex project involving the replacement of elevated air conditioner bases. The finished product was better than we expected. We will be hiring Chad and his crew for additional projects for this condominium complex in the future.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Unsatisfactory work and poor customer service. They would not fix their errors or consider the warranty. Lyndee C stated We will have to decline any additional work. Josh XXXX did not listen to the voice of the customer regarding repairs (8/21/2020). He was instructed to replace the existing front screen door with the same style which included a kick plate. Instead, the new screen door was 100% screen, lower standard, cheap, very poor quality, missing kick plate, and not what I requested. It cost $120.25 (screen door) and $141.12 (material). Total $261.37 for a door that now must be replaced. Lastly, they charged $104.34 for 3 - gutter splash blocks which he placed under the gutter. It is completely unacceptable, and we will never use their services again.

Chad the Handyman was great. We called at 11 am and a technician was in our home by 1 pm. Matt was great! We had multiple tasks and he completed each one quickly and efficiently. He was professional, personable, clean and conscientious. He gave us very good advice on other projects we are contemplating. Highly recommend this firm to all.

We are a tax preparation office that had an urgent need for a plumber. Chad himself came and took care of the problem and even fixed another issue we did not even realize we had. I highly recommend choosing his company for your handyman needs!

These handymen are unskilled and unprofessional. I was assured the staff knew how to install this quality brand of closeting. I even offered to send videos and instructions in advance. The workmen admitted when they arrived that they never installed this brand , but had done many closets. 1st- Installed shelving a foot higher than the manufacturer diagram we discussed, too high for me to reach. Had to be removed and re positioned. 2- Had to stop them from installing the drawers incorrectly. The placement would have prevented installation of the cabinet doors. Several of the drawers that were installed do not glide and are scraping the finished wood sides to open. 3- Installed the hang bar in the wrong location, so we can't open the closet door to get inside when clothes are hung. Had to dismiss them before they destroyed all of the furniture. 4-They left so many holes in the walls and holes in the furniture from mistakes, it will cost hundreds in replacement parts and repair. Contacted the company to demand workers who knew what they were doing. They refused. I have hired a new company to fix the mess they left.

"1st- We quit --you did not fire us -- because you were verbally harassing our Technicians. 2nd- We did not charge you for it because it was a nightmare of a job. We have installed many other cabinets and organizational systems and never had so many issues with a customer. 3rd- Its not profitable for someone (or any company) to specialize in one specific brand of organizers you can buy online because online stuff is cheap quality. That being said; we did not provide the materials so we had no way of warranting the product. If we provided the cabinets, we would have been responsible to make sure it would fit the space. We spent more than enough time to try and make you happy, but sometimes you just have to fire the customer and call it a loss."

Very responsive and helped us out in a pinch and wanted to make sure he got it right, but some of the contactors needed to do the work over again but chad worked hard to fix it.

This business does not stand behind their work or their promises. They actually caused more damage to our home then the hurricane damage I hired them to repair. They used an old ladder without rubber feet and dragged furniture with a metal frame across the tile rather than lifting it as it should have been and caused permanent damaged a tile floor and did not have the proper equipment or experience to complete the work they bid on. Once they received a payment they refused to complete and honor their promised performance or repair the damages their careless technician caused. I would never recommend them to anyone and would say run as fast as you can in the other direction!! Our only recourse was to sue or file another claim for the damage they caused and pay a second deductible. I hope our insurance company subrogates and takes them to court!

"As a company, we did everything we could to produce the end results you were looking to achieve. I also looked back on your estimate and you were not charged for the repairs to the ceiling in the home, only the painting of the ceiling. On the lanai you were only charged for the repairs and not the painting. We explained that due to the texture type of your ceiling, it would be difficult to blend and or float out. Although my team is very skilled at this area , a patch to knock down texture is difficult to hide. I had my team back there on three different occasions all day. I asked that you were there to approval of every step before proceeding to next patch area. This was done and we proceeded to paint once again. You phoned our office the following day stating that you once again were not satisfied. Your quote stated on the lanai ceiling to match textures as close as possible to existing. We left your home as close as possible to existing. We tried to go above and beyond and then some. When I was told that you wanted your entire drywall replaced and your insurance company was forcing you to do repairs prior, I had to pull the plug. As you were telling my office that you would not be a happy customer until we came out and removed all the drywall and started from scratch. When you threatened my company and also the Better Business Bureau with a Lawsuit, we were advised to not respond to any correspondence, reviews and or disputes until are retained Attorney could review the documents. We are now able to comment on this. Our intent as a company is to provide a quality project at a fair price. Ever customer is valuable to us. If we fail you as a customer, we fail as a company. We have taken portions of our experience together and made changes in our company to better serve our customers. I want to thank you for the time you have taken to provide this review. We don't hide, we want the public to know we are not perfect. We are a small family run company that tries their very best to please every single customer. Sometimes that is challenging and we understand you may share that with the public and we welcome it. Once again, I apologize for the experience you had with our company. Chad - Owner"

Great customer service. Could not ask for more! Every other contractor I reached out to, told me they would not be available for a few months due to Hurricane Irma. Chad the Handyman came within 1 week and performed the repair. I'd recommend them and I'd use them again in the future!
