Francisco did an amazing job replacing my main waterline—he was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood every step of the repair. The work was done promptly and with great care, and Francisco went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. On top of the excellent service, the price for the job was very reasonable. I was quoted thousands more by another plumbing company that I felt was just trying to rip me off, but Chado Plumbing saved me a ton of money while still providing top-tier service. Fernando was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, provided excellent and professional installation of two new shower valves. My showers had 40 year old dual valve systems. He converted them into single system valve systems.

Customer service was amazing. Francisco was prompt and efficient. His quote included bringing the hot water heater, installing it and taking away the old one. He accomplished all of this within 90 minutes on a Sunday, leaving the area neat and clean. I highly recommend Chado Plumbing!
