Chad’s Floors and More is a full service flooring company that installs all types of flooring including wood, tile, laminate and luxury vinyl tile. We also offer Wood Flooring sanding and refinishing, flooring removal and disposal, baseboards and flooring repairs. Chad is also experienced in bathroom remodels and basic handyman services. Chad’s Floors and More is owned and operated by business partners and partners in life Chad LaFlamme and Dara LaFlamme. Chad is a flooring industry veteran. Chad has been installing flooring for more than 25 years in the southwest Florida area. He does quality work and is a true tradesman. He is a wood flooring technician and can figure out any flooring or home repair problem or answer any questions a customer may have including moisture issues. He is certified to install Lumber Liquidators, Mannington and Pergo flooring. Dara has been in the wood flooring industry for over a decade. We are insured for your protection.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Chad‘s flooring and more. He offered a wonderful product for our flooring and replaced all the floors in our condo plus remove the old flooring(approximately 1700 sq ft) in a week’s time. Also, Chad did numerous handyman jobs for us. Being a “one-man show” I felt very confident in having Chad in my home and appreciated his honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship. The video shows the finished product and an example of his handyman work – as he assembled and installed the closet doors.

Final price was 35% above estimate. Estimate for glue down did not include $1200 for glue. They charged me for 4 thresholds but did not install any of them. They arrived 2 weeks after the promised date to do the work. Although the work itself was good the estimation process was very similar to bait and switch.

"I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, your pricing and scheduling were not set by us but were set by the company we did subcontracting work for which was Cornerstone Builders. We have severed ties with them and no longer work with them because of this issue. If you have additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call us."

I had a very positive experience. The owners were helpful and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. The installers were courteous and professional, and did excellent work. The quality and prices were reasonable, and the job completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Love Wood Flooring.
