To start off, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. I had service with this company for over 6 months, I am truly not happy how we had to end things. I received a call after being told that I would be on auto-pay 2 months later that I owed money to them, and so I checked my account to confirm the payments were taken and it was one bill they had not received payment on which was prior to me setting up my auto-pay with them (I would figure they would have told me that one more invoice was open, but they DID NOT... 2 months it was then brought to my attention) I then spoke to Barbara, and she blamed the previous Office Manager for this, so I told her someone should have called me sooner especially with COVID-19 every penny counts, so I ended up paying my FINAL BILL of $150.00 and now I am in search of another landscaping company. Great thing that there are many companies out there.

"Mrs Faulkner, In our records we had a note that stated specifically not to charge the card unless we got a call from you. I apologize sincerely if that was not correct but the late payments were no problem to us. We were not going to charge any late fees or penalize you in any way, we are also very open to payment plans due to the virus. I am sorry for the misunderstanding."

I was overcharged for trimming two small crêpe myrtles and weeding a small area. There were 1.5 hours and charged me for 2 hours and tried to argue with me about trimming another property. I received terrible customer service and would not recommend them. I will not be using this service again.

I believe that larger trees should be cut diagonal, maybe by hand, not sawed off with a power saw and almost ripped off and sticks or large branches poking up here and there with no leaves on them. Shaping wasn't as I had asked for exactly on the smaller hedges, some were ok and some not very nice. Just okay job I would say.

I called the lawn service and they said they would be here that afternoon to cut my lawn and trim it but nobody ever showed up. I had to call them the next day and the woman I spoke to said she was told they were there the day before, so she then called The Crew then called me back and said they would be there today. Two men finally showed up, but they did a very shoddy job of mowing the lawn and missed many places in the front yard and backyard which were still standing tall. They didn't seem to care and did the weed eating around the fence and the edging on the driveway, but did not sweep up or clean up the grass that was left on the driveway. They just cut a line and walked away. They charged me $60 for the service even though the going rate is $30 for a long cutting, so I was charged double and got a shoddy job. I was going to call them back but figured why? I'll just cut it myself. I would not recommend these folks. They do not take pride in their work.

"It is unfortunate that we had miscommunication with getting the mow crew there, we definitely try to be as punctual and accommodating as possible. Because the yard is Bahia grass, unless it is scalped there is a big possibility that there will be stray grass that will pop back up after being mowed. These areas may also look like they were missed, so the crew should have lowered the deck a bit more to compensate for this but often times the stray grass only pops up later in the day or the next. We always blow the hard surfaces after we're done so I'm not sure why there were areas not blown off but that is not our usual quality work. As far as the price you were charged, we are very fair with our pricing and when we do one time mows we charge more than we would if we were mowing weekly. Not sure what the "going rate" is with one time cuts but I don't understand if you had access to people who would only charge you $30 why you hired us at $60? I am disappointed that you were unhappy with your experience with us, however, we never got any feedback from you about your complaints or we would have definitely tried to remedy the problem because we most definitely do take pride in our work. I also talked to the crew that did the work and they tell me that you said you were extremely happy with the job they did, so I'm not understanding your review."

Nice people. Dependable. Mowed lawn for a year. Ruts formed. Supervisor said not much to be done about that. Made 2 or 3 appointments for landscape project and failed to make appointments. Weeds got away and hired to weed; didn't get the roots, just pulled the green off.

Chad's crew showed up on time as schedule. After a walk thru with me highlighting the things I wanted cleaned and trimmed, they began the work. The quote was a per hour rate and these men worked conscientiously and completed the job in 1 1/2 hrs..no stopping and did a great job. Would use his services again without hesitation.

We use Chad's Lawn Care for both maintaining our property (mowing, trimming, and fertilization) as well as for special project work (we recently did a major makeover to the front of our property). Chad's work and the final results are first class. We have recommended him to several of our friends and neighbors. The only negative is that it is sometimes difficult to get in touch with him. We found that out during the execution of the special project. Chad may be a victim of his own success.
