Joseph at Chair Construction was on top of his game for scheduling and delivered quality service in a very timely manner for the combination PVC and aluminum fence we had installed. He stayed on top of permitting issues and communicated often with me. His workers came to work, no messing around. But most of all when I asked for additional security for the gates to protect property and a child he was very accommodating and found the items I wanted and installed them. He is very professional and a man of his word. I and my family greatly appreciate him and the job he and his workers did for us.

I was referred to Chaer Construction by a wholesale fence supply company. I contacted him and he was quick to respond with a over the phone quote. Within 2 hours he was at my home for the final estimate and said he could do the job tmrw morning. The workers showed up early, completed the job quickly. Omar was on site to supervise the work and completion of the project. Will use again. And already referred him to my brother.

Jose and his team did an outstanding job. They removed an old wood fence and installed a new PVC fence. The new fence was perfectly aligned on the property line line and the height was also perfect. He and his team installed more then 200 linear feet of new fencing around the perimeter of my property and the final results turned out great. I would definitely recommend Chaer Construction to anyone wanting a new fence. Their workmanship is outstanding and their pricing is very competitive.
