Chaffee Construction, Inc.

Overall your team was outstanding. Very polite, professional, cleaned up the area well, overall I could not be happier.

Had a good experience working with them. On time, fast to quote and good follow up. Great work performed and reliable.

Scott is experienced and does excellent work. His team arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Overall, a great experience! I would highly recommend Chaffee Construction to anyone!

Scott and his team were amazing. Diagnosed a problem our building has been dealing with for years, recommended a solution, and gave a competitive price. He was patient in letting us shop around but when we were ready to begin, his team was out there quickly. we have used them fro multiple projects now. Chaffee construction is the only reason I still use Home Advisor.

They were on the job working like bees They did a very good job. They rebuilt the chimney, the parapet walls and tuck pointed on the North side of my building it looks very good.

Scott was outstanding. He communicated well, completed the project on time and as promised. Work crew was professional and accommodated our schedules and work around requirements. Highly recommend them.

Nice job. Workers very conscientious about their work. They cleaned up after themselves. Nice and neat. Would definitely recommend them.

Knowledgeable, polite, on time & professional. From start to clean up the job was done seamlessly. I would highly recommend Chaffee Construction

After the work, our home looks 30 years newer. The men were consummate professionals and went above and beyond to perform expert work. We are incredibly happy and would recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Chaffee Construction!! Scott was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a quick and fair quote. He stayed in contact with me while waiting for a break in the weather to schedule the job WITHOUT me having to chase him down ! On the day of the job, he came with the workers, introduced them to me and showed them exactly what needed to be done giving me piece of mind. When the job was completed, he inspected everything and made sure I was satisfied. His workers were professional, neat and friendly. I ve had many home improvement projects done and this was by far the best experience I ve had!

Look no further, hire Scott Chaffee. Reasonably priced and quality work. Very down to earth. Work completed in a very timely fashion and after they left, there was no trace they had been here. Will definitely be hiring him for more projects. Highly recommend.

Chaffee Contruction was out to house quickly and reviewed the situation of Bricks to be removed and cut by our fireplace - was ready to due job at a fair price and the got the job. next day his crew was out to house and did an Excellent job of what was needed.

Scott gave me a price, a start date, a start time and an end date. He indicated that it would be a one-day job which he would be starting at 7:00am and ending before the end of day. Scott and his crew were at my home approximately 15mins earlier than the scheduled time to begin work. They worked straight thru until their lunch and immediately went back to work and the job was completed before the end of day. I just wish to thank Scott and his crew for excellent work.

Friendly, fair, great communication. Thank you!

Chaffee was prompt, professional, and quality of work was satisfactory.

On time, knowledgeable, honest ,professional, reasonable priced. I would recommend him and his company. We are very pleased!

Tuck pointing was done well, he damaged a marble corner piece of wall and he never came back to fitx after repeatedly saying he would and he never did come back and hired someone else to fix.

only problem was with the cleanup.
