the repair man was great. however the woman in the office was rude. the repair man was to come out the next day to finish the repair i waited til almost 6 o'clock and no one showed. I called the office and the women there said the man went home to take his child to the dr. i asked why no one called me and that i waited all day for him. She got rude with me and i said all you had to do was to call me and tell me what had happened. She I said i should call someone else to finish the job and she said well do that and i will bill you for the work we already done. I asked to talk to a supervisior and she said i am the supervisior

Called 1/22/09 and received delivery at appointed time on 1/23/09. Service was courteous and quick. Will use again if circumstances are right.
