Mr. Chamberlain was knowlegable, experienced, prompt and excellent appraising waterfront property. Unlike people with a certificate and no experience doing appraisals off Zillow, he checked out comps befoe he came here and didn't use artificial intellegence. I would recommend him to anyone wanting an accurate property appraisal. And he was patient and friendly as well.

He was a very nice guy at the appraisal but he never turned it into the bank. It is been over 3 weeks and I had to hire another appraiser to do the job. He pushed the closing back for my house almost 3 weeks because of this.

They did my appraisal 4/23/21. Real nice about it. I even had the day wrong, but he fit me in. I thought it was going to be a great experience. He said I should have the appraisal report the following Tuesday. When I didnt hear by Wednesday, I called him to make sure he had my email (which he didnt). In the conversation, he said he had been busy but I was the very next one on his pile. To make a long story short, it has been over two weeks and I still dont have my appraisal report. He has said a number of times he was going to be finishing up, but still waiting. Even after I let him know I had a couple people asking about the property, still no report. I so wished I had gone with someone else. Anybody else probably would have had my report in hand.
