Chambers Appliance Repair

Chambers Appliance Repair, was hired through my home warranty, First American Home Warranty, repair my microwave. They came to do the repairs a month ago, but put wrong screws in cabinet. I called spoke to receptionist or clerical worker, to tell her about the damages, asked to speak to repair guy to tell him about the damages, , she was not helpfull and rude. I called home warranty to let them know, home warranty and sent pictures of the damages. I was told by home warranty that Chambers stated they were not coming out to fix the damages that they caused to my property., They left black stains on my cabinets, which I can?t get off, they didn?t put screws back in cabinet properly and one screen is sticking out that can damage your skin or clothing. Another repair company did come out, and stated that the repair guy that came out, should come back out to fix the damages, and that screw sticking, can damage your skin, and be careful. I called the company and my daughter? ..

3 visits, 500.00 paid, 4th appt no show, will call give you 15 min to call back or you lose your spot. Appliances still not working. Husband nice, wife sets appointments, very rude and obnoxious, told them they are fired - worst experience ever, sad story for a new business! Stayed at home all day waiting, cost me money from being off work to do this. Want a **happiness guarantee**.

Marcus was very professional and friendly. He identified the problem and told me he would check prices and let me know the cost plus labor. The next day, I received a call letting me know the exact amount. I wanted to think about it, so he said that was fine and to let him know my decision. I decided to let him fix my washer and called him the company, the next day. He ordered the parts and in a few days they came in and he fixed my washer in a timely manner. This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, and all at a reasonable price. Marcus and Carlos installed a gas line for my outdoor kitchen appliances and fireplace. I was kept informed throughout the process. They were extremely helpful, professional, reassuring and keep the surrounding area clean and tidy. Anyone would be hard put to find a better plumber/electrician.
