"Pricing was clearly discussed when you called to schedule the work. When we walked the property this morning we went over the costs again and agreed not to remove one of the trees as it would rack up a lot of man hours that you didn?t want to pay. You came out multiple times and each time adding additional work. Again we mentioned the hourly rate? When completed you stated how happy you were with the work. But when received the invoice you wanted me to discount it and tried to get us to accept a partial payment instead.
