Beware of outrageously high prices and no credit card payments. I had no idea that they do not accept credit card and now they are demanding the full payment in cash or check. And they are threathening to call the police if I do not pay immediately after the service.

Pricing was clearly discussed when you called to schedule the work. When we walked the property this morning we went over the costs again and agreed not to remove one of the trees as it would rack up a lot of man hours that you didn?t want to pay. You came out multiple times and each time adding additional work. Again we mentioned the hourly rate? When completed you stated how happy you were with the work. But when received the invoice you wanted me to discount it and tried to get us to accept a partial payment instead. I?m embarrassed by your actions in front of my staff after they worked so hard for you. Most would have even tipped them! Th

Everything went great! They answered the phone when I called to get a quote and came out quickly to look at the job. We received a few different estimates and decided to go with Chameleon even though it was not the lowest. They came out and completed the job just as requested. The staff was professional and friendly. I will be hiring them to do some more work soon!
