Clinton and Tim have remodeled my bathroom and built my â She-Shedâ . They are top-notch. Some of their subs need polishing. But Clinton and Tim get them handled when something goes wrong. They are professional and fun. My bathroom belongs in a museum and my She-Shed is solid and WAY chichi-er than Cherylâ s

WOW. We needed some advice and help putting in a load bearing beam to knock out a wall in our home and Champagne Builders were perfect. Courteous and professional from beginning to end. You can tell they care about their customers as well as their satisfaction. We did the wall demolition ourselves and left the bones for them and they knocked those out and put the beam in in less than 3 hours. The quality of work is phenomenal and our desired look was achieved. They even offered to mop up the dust! Highly recommend and we will be using them in the future for large home projects.

These guys i have used 3 times and i will not use no one else. There great at what they do" which is everything". floors.walls,paint, etc it all. Great workers and would like to say friends. You hire anyone one else... your nuts..lol

The project I did with Champagne Builders (CB) was a rather extensive home remodel. It included some exterior work in the form of taking out a fireplace/chimney and bricking in the wall and structural work which involved taking out a half wall and installing an engineered beam to meet structural requirements. The rest was a remodel of every room, removing all the old cabinetry, all the old flooring, painting every room, crown molding, adding trim to the windows, and a complete gutting and re-design of the master bathroom. Because of the scope of the job it ended up taking 9 months which, of course, was longer than I or they predicted. I think that is par for the course though. I also lived in the house on one side or the other while construction was underway. Working with Tim, Clinton, and crew proved to be a mostly positive experience. They did the carpentry work and sub-contracted out the rest. On the positive side, they showed up on time and there was no lolly gagging around. These guys have an excellent work ethic and get a lot done in a day. I was very impressed with the amount of work they got done every time they showed up. They are also very easy to work with and to communicate with. On the downside, because they work so fast, they got ahead of themselves a couple of times and had to redo some things. All of their subs did very good work although their reliability was a mixed bag. There were periods when I was just waiting for one of them to show up and do their work so the project could move forward. Keep in mind that all these contractors are working multiple jobs at any one time in order to keep busy so delays are inevitable. If I encountered problems or something wasn't done to my satisfaction, either Tim or Clinton would see that it got done right. This was a first for me doing anything of this nature and I felt I was going to need some design help. I started with a rough idea and went to Hoods for cabinetry at the suggestion of CB. They offered free design layout plans and were easy to work with. That was really the only design help I ended up needing as I designed the master bath myself. Along the way, however, I got good advice and ideas from CB and the subs which helped with my decisions. In the end, I am very pleased with the way the remodel turned out and I can highly recommend Champagne Builders for this type of job.

Owners and workers had outstanding work ethic. They worked quickly and most of all, efficiently. Very respectful of us and neighborhood. Every comment from our neighbors began with "beautiful job, looks like it was built with house". I highly recommend this company.

Champagne builders renovated 3 bathrooms and did major updating to the exterior of our home. We are new to the area and hence a little nervous about hiring someone to do so much work. They did not disappoint! Honest, trustworthy, timely, knew exactly how I wanted things done. Their crew was at my house by 7 each morning and cleaned up everyday before they left. We could not be happier and will be hiring them to remodel our kitchen and master bath.

Champagne Builders did a fine job performing multiple interior and exterior repairs in our residential property. They were very diligent in all phases of the project and I would definitely hire them again for subsequent jobs.

These guys were awesome! The privacy fence in the backyard of the house we just bought was rotting pretty badly and we needed to get it repaired ASAP so our dog wouldn't escape. I called them Friday morning, they came and looked at the Friday afternoon, I had a quote by midday on Monday, they showed up at 7 am Tuesday and my fence was completed Wednesday morning. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. We will definitely use them for any other projects we may have in the future.

THESE GUYS WERE AWSOME. KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND DID AN GREAT JOB. EVEN THERE HELPERS WERE WONDERFUL. TRUST WORTHY,HONEST AND GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO. The slumlord next door tore down the fence between my property and his to kill two trees (one a very valuable 50-year-old cherry; luckily the people who took it out knew and kept the trunk intact and took it to a hardwood mill). His minion sawed out 25 feet of my privacy fence and left me "naked" to the neighborhood (a truck could have come through and emptied my house thru the back door). The VERY NEXT DAY I called these guys and in two hours (same day) they put up a BETTER fence. It looks great and I feel safe again. Very reasonable price.

These guys were very professional. They showed up on time and constructed a landing and stairs for me in less than three hours. The finished product is even better quality than I expected. They know what they're doing. I hired them because they were one of the highest rated Home Advisor contractors and they certainly proved to me that they deserve that rating.

Clinton Champagne, Tim Blackmon and their crew (Chad, Brad and Nick) did a complete tear-down and removal of our old fence and built a custom, high-quality "Peace Fence" for our residence. They worked with us, advising and collaborating, to provide exactly the type and style of fence we had in mind. We have never before worked with such professional, courteous, conscientious craftsmen. We heartily recommend Champagne Builders and plan to contract them for additional projects.

Clint and Tim and crew came out and replaced our worn out large deck. I am very happy with dealing with them and the quality of their work. We are using them for some additional work inside and outside the house. Both they and their crew were very polite and professional. I should give them a horrible review so they won't be too busy should I need a home builder in the future!

Recently Clinton Champagne and Tim Blackmon of Champagne Builders finished a new front porch, and a full tear-out of the old kitchen and laundry area. It would be a mistake to not hire Clinton and Tim for your project. They listen to your ideas and their craftsmanship is superior. It was a pleasure to work this talented crew. I can honestly say they were the best I've ever hired. When I first interviewed them they said "we can do any thing you want" and I found that to be true. Their sub-contractors were the same...easy to work with. Clinton and Tim are the experts you need for remodeling or new build. They are meticulous when it comes to executing all the details. My new kitchen/laundry is absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely hire them again and perhaps that is the best recommendation of all!

We started out wanting to turn our garage into a bedroom and went with plan B which was make our front room/playroom into a new expanded foyer/bedroom.
