Very professional from the start. Gave me a fair quote, the technician Jaime called in advanced, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and completed the job on the time frame given, he finished by cleaning up and showing me the final work. Again very professional, will definitely use them again.

Everyone at Champagne is super cool and professional. Installed a much better unit than i was expecting, a big upgrade from what we had, and were very easy to work with from the quote to scheduling to the installation. Initially heard from a big box international hardware chain (on a neighbors recommendation) that my job was out of their scope due to space and electrical issues, but Champagne had no trouble with it at all. Will always call them first from now on. Cant recommend them enough.

Very competent and efficient. Our water heater is in a very tight spot and he replaced it with very little trouble. I know he worked his rear end off here and I would recommend him to friends.
