Stephen was awesome. He is the owner of Champion Appliance Service in Conroe, 936-446-9633. He gave us a 1 hour arrival time frame and arrived within that 1 hour period. He diagnosed our refrigerator problem in about 5 minutes. A fan inside the refrigerator had stopped working resulting in a temperature of 44-46 degrees vs the 37 it was programmed for. He ordered the fan and was back to install it within 2 days. He installed the fan and checked the door handles for tightness. Everything took about 30 minutes. All prices were VERY reasonable. We thought we were going to have to buy a new refrigerator. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Very smart and capable man who owns this business an does the work himself. He was on time, responsive and reasonably priced. It is hard to find any decent appliance repair men in fast growing Conroe, but Steven really exceeded my expectations. I am referring him to my friends and neighbors if they need a great appliance repair man.

Very nice guy, he asked me some questions on the phone until he was pretty sure what the problem was and ordered the part so he d have it when he first came out, which saved me money...he was spot on with the diagnosis, fixed it as well as another small issue I had with my old, spare (garage fridge) and they re both running like champs. Also he told me he'd be here between 12-1 he got here like 12:15, that means a lot as well... I highly recommend this company!

Steven arrived on schedule. In no time he diagnosed the problems I was having and repaired the appliance. Should I require the need for appliance repairs in the future, Steven is my go to pro.

Steven was prompt, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the job done thru' him since the parts that had to be replaced were expensive and we felt it better to buy a new refrigerator. But I would recommend him to others and call him for other appliances in future.

Originally tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and even brought the expected part with him. Once in site determined the actual issue, took the time to explain, checked to make sure the part was available, and scheduled to be back the next morning to complete the job (which he did) Very happy with the service and customer experience.
