Scam, gave a deposit and he never showed up. I got scammed into giving cash deposit.

Disappointed in the customer service given by Mr. Neil White. At the beginning he seemed like a decent gentleman, willing to work, and wanted the job. But since no communication I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and would not recommend him.

Very nice and knowledgable. Neal replaced a kitchen faucet for me. He had to remove the old one which had rusted at the bolts which held it in place. It turned out to be a bigger job than it first appeared. Nice job.

15 Jun 19, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE this company (My Handyman was NEIL WHITE) to do any work what so ever. I needed to have a Ice maker water line reinstalled to a new refrigerator, I had a line already installed from my old refrigerator, so all he needed to do was reconnect to the new one, he came up with ALL kind of reasons about what was wrong with the water line and that he would have to buy a Copper Ice Maker Kit (OK fine ! but he never did buy the kit), OK (16 Jun 19, Sunday came by in the evening, worked on the refrigerator still no materials, stayed about 30 mins, After he left I saw that there was some water coming from the water line so my son and I we turned off the water from under the sink no problem since he was coming back Monday 17 Jun 19, I informed him that I had a doctors appointment, but my son will be home and that I needed him to provide me a completed estimate because the one he had given me didnt have any pricing and that I was going to use this when I filed my taxes because this was part of my home improvement. When I got home from my appointment, Neil W never came back to finish the job, I called him on Tuesday 18 Jun 19, couldnt leave a message because the MAIL BOX was FULL, I called him on 19 Jun,Wednesday 19, I spoke with him and he said he was coming, to this day I have NOT HEARD from him. This man charged me $705.00, I went to LOWEs and brought a Ice Maker Kit for $21.48 myself and I had to hire another Handyman to repair what he did. What I have LEARNED is if a person ask for MONEY up FRONT move on to someone else. This man CHARGED me $205.00 for material and $500.00 for labor. I will be doing a SMALL CLAIM Charge against this individual.
