Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
Gutters were not cleaned, or sealed prior to the installation of guards. Guards were installed with large gaps between some sections while other sections overlap by a foot or more. The vertical section at the back of the guards was bent horizontally, sending water between the gutter and fascia as well as sending roof gravel and small seeds into the gutters. Some covers have a dozen screws while others only 1 or 2, some screws go through the guards but did not penetrate the gutter. There are several small trees growing out of the gutters. Downspouts installed by Kyle have the lower piece inserted into the upper piece so most of the water runs down the outside of the downspouts. A handful of self-tapping screws were left in my gravel driveway by Kyle. I have called, texted, and sent photos to Kyle over a dozen times in the past 4 months requesting warranty service, he has not returned any calls.
