I signed a 1 year contract with him. They called to schedule the 2nd quarterly visit and then never showed up after I took off work and waited hours for him. I called him and told him I was upset with the service. Although he was apologetic, I still haven't heard back in 4 months which makes me way past due for my quarterly. I think I need to find someone new and sign a whole new 1 year contract.

Really fantastic. First experience needing pest control. We have trees close to our deck and home. I never thought I would rid myself of ants. One treatment from Champion and I haven't seen one since - wish I called them years ago! Even our outdoor shed is ant-free! Highly recommend giving them a call - quicker & easier to set up an appointment with Champion than Viking...
