Re-set the garbage disposal. On time, courteous, problem fixed. However, $150 to reset the disposal seems unreasonably high. Otherwise, no problems.

Bill finished up my small plumbing job just a few minutes ago. He did a excellent job in replacing a piece of sewer pipe located in the basement. Took care of everything installation and clean up. All in all good experience with Champion Plumbing and Heating, will recommend to people needing a plumber. Little disappointed in water heater being dented and scratched up, when paying that much for a new water heater and the box looking like it went through the war, you going to know the unit is going to have issues. Would have liked to seen a little discount for letting unit be installed with the dented bottom and scatches in the shell. Would suggest company look at the material before having it delieved to the customers home for any problems, if I did not agree to have damage unit installed that day, we would have had to reschedule.

Needed a small section of broken sewer line fixed on an emergency basis. Called several plumbers but Bill was the only one who responded to my call. He came out right away to survey the area and give an estimate. He was very friendly and did a great job of fixing the problem for a reasonable price. Will definitely use him again for future plumbing issues.

Had a faucent repair done on a 20 yr old faucet. They ordered the part and had it fixed in a few days. Very friendly, professional and no gimmicks. Will be contacting them again shortly for a water hammer problem.

Outside hose bib needed replacing. Bill was super-friendly and did a great job at a fair price. He took care in his work, something that my previous plumber started to let go. Champion will be my go-to guy for all of my real estate clients as well as my house.

competent and pleasant. followed through after initial estimate and though wasn't the lowest bid initially by following up he was able to match it. we had him install gas boiler and hot water heater at our son's home and next week he is installing hot water heater at our home. So far we are quite pleased with his work and will recommend him to family and friends.
